Maintaining Beautiful Skin For Life

As a Nurse Esthetician skin is extremely important to me. I don't spend a fortune, I use the smartest and best products that are proven to keep my skin wrinkle free as long as possible.

There are some anti-wrinkle products on the market today that really work, unfortunately there are a ton of creams that are useless and expensive.

When choosing a fade cream there is only one line that I can stand behind. That is Obagi. Many women are covered in freckles and desperately want to fade them, and the cheesy fade creams that are sold over the counter are useless. The active ingredients are not strong enough to make a significant change. Fading freckles and age spots can also effectively be done with chemical treatments and lasers.

As much as I hate to say this eliminating sugar from your diet will do wonders for your skin. The results will begin to show within one week, and by the end of the month your skin will be tight and fine lines will be less apparent.

While I am not suggesting to anyone to get their lips injected, keeping lips looking full is another way of looking as young as possible. Fullness in features in general is reminiscent of youth.

Always consider a hair style that will make you look younger.  That absolutely does not mean long and straight. Remember that fullness of face is a sign of youth, and a long straight style will give your face a long and flat look. Body up around the temples, which is a place that the aging face begins to atrophy first, is a great way of looking like a youthful cherub.

Avoid the sun. Avoid the sun. Avoid the sun. Avoid the Sun. Avoid the sun. Avoid the sun. Avoid the sun.
I hope I am making myself clear. You get plenty of sun just driving in your car or having your curtains pulled back. The sun is dangerous to skin every single day of your life, and I don't care how stupid you feel wearing a ton of sunscreen and a hat, it is well worth looking stupid for a few hours than being stuck with wrinkles and sagging skin permanently. Not cool!
